At $480, we can enable intended parents to prepare their Surrogacy contracts on their own with the following assistance:
providing a gestational agreement template
highlighting 10 crucial considerations
sharing and clarifying state statute descriptions regarding gestational surrogacy in the state where a gestational carrier resides in and/or intends to deliver the baby
At $75 per session, we assist intended parents with smart budget and tax planning in the following areas along their IVF/Surrogacy journey to help them save hundreds or thousands of dollars:
fertility clinic choice and IVF plans
legal matters and health insurance options
choice of surrogate and surrogate location
use of third-party agencies and traveling options
tips and tricks on where to save money and/or get financial help
provide second opinion and suggest solutions to overcome existing hurdles
Additionally, we can also write Surrogacy contracts for intended parents on their behalf, this service does not include assistance on pre-birth or post-birth orders. All inclusive standard fee is $1280 on a surrogacy contract (excluding fees on the surrogate review part). And for $780, we can review a Surrogacy contract for a surrogate who are either independent or working with agencies and provide her with related financial advice.
